Scripture: Joshua 1:9

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." As we come to the end of the week, let’s return to this Key Verse that began our journey. Having reflected on multiple profiles of courage throughout the week, consider how this passage now speaks with deeper meaning about what it truly means to live courageously while following Jesus.

Reflection Questions:

- What new insights have you gained this week about what it truly means to be courageous?

- In your own journey, where might you need to grow in embracing and embodying a life that is well-defined—rooted in purpose and conviction—rather than one that is reactively defiant?

- How do you sense Jesus inviting you to more fully embrace your identity as God’s child, be encouraged by it, and find the courage you need in challenging moments?

- Where do you notice resistance within yourself to fully receive God’s embrace and the courage that comes from knowing who you are in Jesus? What might that resistance reveal?

- Reflecting on the week’s studies and reflections, what do you sense God inviting you to consider, embrace more fully, or act upon in your life?

- Take a few moments to pray and talk with God about these reflections, asking Him to strengthen your courage and guide your steps.
