• What fear do you need to give to God?

As we talked about control earlier this week, I know that is something I want to give to God. This doesn’t mean I want to be a robot and have God control me—what I mean is that I want to have the same motivations as God, and I want to care about things the same way God does. As much as I try to be a good person, there are still countless things that I want to happen in ways that mainly benefit me. I want to be able to be more selfless and focus more on the things I can do to help the world be a better place, even in small ways. But I need to give up the control I have and the desire to always put myself first. God uses me regardless of what I give, but I want to be used in collaboration with the things I give.
