DEVOTIONAL

The people followed Joshua’s instructions carefully. They did exactly what they were told. This was important because Joshua was listening to God. Sometimes people are given responsibility, like Joshua was. When that happens, it’s important to lead with care, kindness, and trust in God. The people trusted Joshua because Joshua trusted God. We can trust God and make wise choices too.

BIBLE VERSE:

Joshua 6:8–14

QUESTION:

Who is someone you trust to lead you well?

PRAYER:

Dear God, help me trust you and make good choices. Amen.
