SCRIPTURE: 1 Corinthians 15:58

• How will you be like Paul today and encourage others to be strong in their faith, no matter what?

“Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”

Paul advises to “let nothing move [us].” What are some things that move you away from your calling in Jesus? Think critically; this can be a hard question to answer honestly! The most difficult part about this question is that good things can distract us from Jesus–even church can distract us from truly being in community with Jesus!

As you reflect on your own answer to this question, discuss it with a trusted friend. Ask them how you can encourage them to be strong in their faith, and request that they encourage you as well. Hold each other accountable and watch your faiths grow together and individually!
