Every night, Sara’s mom said, “I love you, and I’m proud of you.” Sara asked why she always said it. Her mom said, “Because I want you to remember it’s true.” Joshua had a big job. So God told Joshua many times, “Be strong and courageous.” When someone repeats something, it’s usually because it matters. God repeated it because God wanted Joshua to remember: God is with you.
