MONDAY - Growing In Truth

One day, Jesus came to a river. His cousin John was there, helping people learn about God. John would baptize people by laying them all the way into the water and raising them up again. It is a sign of following God. When Jesus got there, He asked John to baptize Him too. Jesus never did anything wrong, but He still wanted to be baptized to show us how to follow God. Jesus is very special. Jesus is God’s Son!
