Balaam loaded up his donkey and started down the road. But the donkey saw an angel of God and turned into a field. The donkey listened to God’s warning—even when Balaam didn’t. Sometimes God gently nudges us to stop, wait, or choose a different way. When we pay attention, we can follow God’s guidance.
