Have you ever wanted something so deeply that you felt like you were at war within yourself? A longing that lived beneath the surface, an ache that shaped your prayers and guided your focus? It may have been acceptance into a program, a relationship, or healing for someone you love. It became the center of your hope.

Jacob wrestled with God physically in Genesis 32, but long before that moment, he wrestled internally with fear and desire. Yet on the night he physically wrestled with God, he was transformed and forever carried the evidence of his encounter with God.
