I love the quote from Oswald Chambers: “Your priorities must be God first, God second, and God third, until your life is continually face-to-face with God.”

The reason I love this is because it reminds me that prioritizing God means quality time and quantity time. In other words, prioritizing God means undistracted, personal moments set aside to purposely be in communion with Jesus. But it also means a lot of time with God in general: just like your best friend, you don’t always have to be talking about something serious for it to be meaningful time together. Sometimes it’s about the quality of time, and sometimes it’s the quantity of time you spend with someone that makes a difference.
