Then a voice came from heaven. It was God! Everyone heard it: “This is my Son. I love Him. I’m very pleased with Him.” God didn’t whisper. God wanted everyone to know that Jesus is God’s Son. That day, God said out loud what was true all along: Jesus is God’s Son, and He brings God joy. We can believe that too! When we follow Jesus, we are choosing to listen to God’s voice in our lives.
