• Ask God to help you realize when he’s speaking to you.

“Listen to my words: When there is a prophet among you, I, the Lord, reveal myself to them in visions, I speak to them in dreams.”

What does it mean to “listen” to God’s voice? Reflect on things that would prevent you from hearing God’s voice. Can you list three things? For me, it would be 1) being busy with life, 2) my pride, and 3) impatience. What are your three?

Now, how can you “listen to the words of God” this week despite these three impediments? For me, it would be 1) prioritizing God in my schedule, 2) asking God for humility, and 3) practicing patience.
