• What does a pure heart look like to you?

A pure heart does not mean being super religious. A pure heart also does not mean never making mistakes. A pure heart is often shown by the way a person navigates mistakes and low points. When facing trouble, the person brings the trouble to Jesus instead of moving away from him. They lean towards mercy instead of judgment. A pure heart is someone who constantly makes room for Jesus to mold it—remaining open to grow and learn. We are all able to have pure hearts when we accept Jesus’ invitation to walk with him. Having a pure heart doesn’t require you to be like anyone except yourself.
