The Israelites kept complaining. They said life was better before God had saved them, even though God had rescued them and kept them safe. They forgot how much help they had already received. When we feel upset, tired, or confused, it can be easy to complain too. Complaining can make our hearts feel grumpy and unhappy. God loves us and listens when our feelings are shared. God also wants people to remember that God will always care for them.
