TUESDAY
Psalm 30:4-5
• Have you ever experienced God’s favor?
We should know this: we are always in God’s favor. This doesn’t mean God is automatically happy with whatever we choose to do, because we can choose to do extremely harmful things that imply that the image of God is not in everyone. Being in God’s favor does not guarantee God’s happiness, but it guarantees that God always loves and chooses us. No matter what we do, God will always choose us, because no matter how faithful we are, God is always faithful. It’s quite incredible to reflect on God’s endless love for us. When we accept God’s faithfulness to us, we can be motivated to return the faithfulness to God, choosing and loving God back. What are the things in your life that make it easier for you to return God’s favor?
