• What goal are you pressing on toward?

A goal that we are invited to press toward is to become like Christ. We are all invited to do this. While our other goals are still important, this goal can help us with all the other things on our hearts. But like all other goals, it’s a journey, not a sprint. It takes time, it takes focus, it takes support. I want to be like Christ, especially now as I am becoming a father. I want our child to have an example they can proudly look to as they form who they want to resemble Christ in their own way. This is the goal I am pressing on toward; this is the goal that God invites us all into.
