DEVOTIONAL:

When Jacob had finished his seven years working for Laban, he was ready to marry Rachel! Except at the wedding, Laban tricked Jacob and surprised him with Leah, Rachel’s sister! Stories like this are in the Bible so that we know God can work through even the most imperfect people. Though Laban made a big mistake in tricking Jacob, God would work through the imperfection anyway, just like God works in our lives today.

QUESTION: What does it mean to be imperfect?
