God’s people, the Israelites, had been rescued from slavery. God helped them leave Egypt and kept them safe. That was a very big blessing. But even after all of that, the Israelites still complained. They told Moses and Aaron, “We wish we were back in Egypt!” Sometimes people forget the good things God has already done. When that happens, it is easy to complain. But when we stop and notice the good things we have, our hearts can feel thankful instead of grumpy. God takes care of people every day. That is a big blessing. Today, think about the good things God has given you!
