• Why did God use Rahab?

We have our own prejudices when we think of people who serve God. We often think of a person who goes to church, someone who has the Bible close by all the time, maybe they dress and talk a certain way. God has no type when it comes to partnering with people. The story of Rahab is proof of that. She was from the opposing city, she had a job people looked down upon—there were countless reasons why people would reject her, but God didn’t. We don’t have to live up to people’s preconceived ideas or standards; God wants to use us as we are.
