• What do you do when you are waiting for an answer from God?

Waiting on God can be difficult—painful even— especially when we want clear answers right away. We live in an information age where we can find answers in under two seconds, so why does it feel like God takes longer? In the waiting, we can use that space to grow our faith. While we wait, we are still invited to interact with God. We can be honest about how we feel, and we can ask questions while we stay faithful. Silence does not mean God is absent. God is here with us always, and whether things are going our way or not does not determine the presence of God; it reveals our need for God.
