WEDNESDAY - Devotional

READ: Psalm 140:12

(Answer the question/s below in your app notes)

• How can you be a part of helping God “secure justice for the poor and uphold the cause of the needy”?

Verses like these are an invitation. God wants justice and to care for the needy, and we are invited to join God in making these things become a reality. We don’t have to find an organization or join a large movement to partner with God. It starts with speaking up for the kid who’s getting roasted by the kids who feel like they own everything. It can look like trying out a new friendship with the international student who is in need of a friend. We don’t always need to think big; we just need to think about the people right in front of us. Joining in on God’s mission can begin in the spaces where you already are.
