READ: Romans 10:9-13

(Answer the question/s below in your app notes)

• What’s helpful to prepare for eternal life?

This verse tells us that calling on the name of God will save us. It’s not about verbally saying God’s name. It’s not about speaking a sentence out loud. It’s about knowing who the sentence is about. As we come to know who God is, and we know that there is a being who loves us, knows what’s best for us, and believes in the best in us, we can boldly call on God’s name because we know God will show up. I pray that our relationship with God will be built before we feel like we need to call on God.
