• How are you respecting your peers, especially the people at school who you have a hard time liking? 

In recent years in the United States, immigration has been talked about a lot. You may have heard adults discussing it, or you may have family members who moved here from another country and have personal experience with what it means to leave one home and build another.

No matter our background, nationality, or story, Scripture reminds us of something deeper: we share a greater citizenship. We are all citizens of heaven.

So no matter where we come from or how the world sees us, we can take comfort in this truth: our first and most lasting citizenship is in heaven, and God, the King of all kings, welcomes all who seek His kingdom.
