• What could you be talking about to God with confidence?

I love journaling because it gives me a chance to materialize my thoughts. Seeing what I’m thinking allows me to reflect even deeper about what goes through my mind, and it feels like I am practicing being vulnerable with myself. While journaling is an important practice, I place even more value in approaching God about the same things I journal about. Knowing that I am being listened to by the One who is completely committed to me and wants what is best for me is an amazing experience offered to us all. But I need to take the step of choosing to be vulnerable with what’s on my heart and confident that God loves in that vulnerability. What are you burying in the depths of your heart? God wants you to confidently be vulnerable, knowing that you are fully loved.
