Beatitudes for Junior High Students:

Blessed are the bullied, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven,

Blessed are those who are sad when grandpa dies, for they will be comforted.

Blessed are the ones too shy to try out for soccer, for they will inherit the earth.

Blessed are those who stand up for the underdog, for they will be filled.

Blessed are the ones who see the invisible, for they will be shown mercy.

Blessed are the intentional, for they will see God.

Blessed are the liaisons between the fighting friends, for they will be called children of God.

Blessed are those who are made fun of for going to church instead of hanging out with friends, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
