DEVOTIONAL:

When Jesus was brought back to life, He said to the disciples, “Peace be with you!” What do you think the disciples were feeling in that moment? When you think of peace, what do you think of? Green grass? Swimming at the beach? Eating a big, chocolate cake? The kind of peace Jesus gave the disciples was a gift. Jesus gives the gift of peace to comfort us when we are sad, angry, frustrated, lonely, or afraid. Ask Jesus for peace next time you feel any of these big feelings!
