DEVOTIONAL:

Have you ever been to the zoo? What is your favorite animal to see there? The lions? The monkeys? The alligators? The zoo is amazing for people like you and me, because it gives us an opportunity to see wild animals that, otherwise, we’d probably never see!

When Thomas sees Jesus after Jesus rose from the dead, Thomas is so happy and grateful to see Him. Jesus then says something very special: “Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” Jesus is talking about you and me! Though we have not been given the opportunity to see Jesus face-to-face like Thomas did, Jesus still calls us blessed.

BIBLE VERSE: John 20:26-29

QUESTION: What does it mean to be “blessed”? How are you blessed?
