• What does this verse tell you about how God wants to guide leaders?

I got the opportunity to be a captain of my rugby team in my senior year. For the two years before, I had been playing and not realizing how dependent our team culture was on our captains. When I was in the role, my good days positively impacted everyone, and my bad days hurt everyone. I realized my position called for me to work harder to have fewer bad days so that my team would have a greater opportunity to experience success. Whatever influences or affects our leaders directly has an impact on the masses. God wants to guide each one of us to a life of goodness, and those of us in leadership have an urgent call because the decisions of leaders not only affect one person but many.
