Psalm 139:7-10

• What do these verses say about God’s ability to guide you?

When I was young, there was a tale that God’s angels would not follow us if we went into places that we weren’t supposed to go. For me, that was movie theaters. My mother would tell me that my guardian angels would be waiting outside the theater, so if anything bad happened to me, I would be out of the reach of God. These verses show that my mom might have misunderstood something special about God. God’s guidance is never out of reach for us. God is always reaching for us and always accessible to us–we just need to open our hearts to the guidance God offers. We can never be out of God’s reach.
